You must create a new topic with the player's name, rating, position. You must begin the bidding at 3pts, after that you can increase your bid up to your 100 allowed pts. Each bid will last 24 hrs, after the 24hrs has elapsed if you are the most current bidder you can sign your guy in here. You are responsible for finding player's age.
